Organisations we serve, their authorised representatives, or individuals who have interacted with our programmes or website.
How to complain
Email reach@enerdetoxcleansi.world with your name, organisation, booking reference (if any), and a clear description of the issue. You may also write to 17 The Old High St, Folkestone CT20 1RL.
Our process
- Acknowledgement within 5 UK business days
- Investigation by a director not directly involved where possible
- Written outcome within 20 UK business days, unless we agree an extension with you
Escalation
If you remain dissatisfied, you may request a review by another co-founder. Contractual disputes may also be subject to the governing law in our Terms of Use.
Data protection complaints
Concerns about personal data should be sent to the same contact details. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
